hockey online store!

Our goal is to bring yard games to glory by providing 100% Street and ball hockey designed gear and accessories for both players and goalkeepers. Our mission is also to develop the sport and its visibility in Finland and other Nordic countries and, above all, to help people find their way back to the game they loved as a child. We import the products we represent so the price and quality ratio is definitely right.
We import and sell highly competitive and 100% Street and Ball hockey designed equipment and accessories. Brands include e.g. Mylec, Knapper hockey, D-Gel, Hagan and Topjoy Sport Flooring.
Our collection offers the opportunity to practice the sport holistically. Mylec and Knapper, popular in North America, offer the most used equipment in the sport, from children to professional players. In addition, our latest brands D-Gel and Hagan offer incredibly comfortable and light equipment as well as printed game balls. Our game balls are also the official game balls used by the international umbrella organizations ISBHF and WBHF.
The cooperation started in 2019 with the manufacturer of sports and ball platform Topjoy ltd enables high-quality game platform solutions for both indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to high-quality gaming platforms, we are able to provide a framework for international tournaments and improve the overall sports and exercise experience. In addition to Street and Ball hockey, our platform solutions are great for playing basketball, tennis, futsal and other ball games.

Terms

The store sells products to adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store
by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart
online payment service or by direct bank transfer. All customer information
will be treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order
will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that arise in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the
online store, you are required to read and agree to the applicable delivery terms.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment intermediary for the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Bambora's online service and Bambora or Paybyway Oy appears on the account statement and invoice as the payee. Bambora forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction. The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to the e-commerce.

PayForm currently allows you to pay with online banking IDs and debit cards (credit / debit) or direct debit (SEPA). Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we will immediately email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. In the shopping cart, we present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods available at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best and the exact delivery cost is presented.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out of stock in the shopping cart and we will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of the last consignment or, in the case of downloadable products, from the time of receipt of the order.
To exercise our right of cancellation, that you submit your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest we offer), without delay and in any case no later than days after we receive the notice of cancellation. We will make the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no cost to you.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The time limit has been complied with if you return the goods before the end of that 14-day period.
You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from any treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unclaimed Package
Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages that are not subject to separate cancellation notice, we will charge the shipping cost.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged in transit or does not otherwise match your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address listed in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your choice.
